Returns, Replacment and Refund
At 7thseed Store, your complete satisfaction with our products is our priority. We stand behind the delivery of orders purchased directly through and we work hard to ensure that our products are delivered to you properly packaged and in good condition.
Damaged in shipment
If an item purchased from the7thseed.com has been damaged in shipping. Please contact us at info@The7thSeed.com so that we can address these issues. We must be aware of any damage from shipping within 7 days of delivery. We will replace any product damaged in shipping.
If our product does not meet your expectations or is not the product you ordered we will replace it or refund the money upon return of any unopened product. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com within 7 days of your order fulfillment/delivery
Refunds will not be issued until the unopened products have been received by our returns staff. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once pending how you return it. Once received, it takes 3-4 business days for the replacement / refund to be processed.
Once one of our food/grain products (Barter Brick or bulk grain) has been opened, there’s no refund, otherwise they can be returned and exchanged or refunded anytime.

To begin the return process
1. Please make sure you are within the window of time for returns.
2. Email Info@The7thSeed.com and include:
o Invoice #
o Item number
3. Explain your reason for the return.
4. If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, add supporting documentation relevant images etc.
5. We will respond as quickly as possible to verify the return and provide you with a RA – return authorization number.
