Start your day right with this delicious Quinoa Berry Bowl!
Serves 2 / 5 Minute Prep Time / 15 Minute Cook Time
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 banana, sliced
- 6-10 strawberries, sliced
- Handful of blueberries
- Sliced almonds (optional)
- Honey to taste
Directions
- Boil 4 cups water. Add Quinoa and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Drain under cold water.
- In a large bowl, add Quinoa and top with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries and almonds.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
