Start your day right with delicious Quinoa German Pancakes!
Serves 4-6 / 10 Minute Prep Time / 25 Minute Cook Time
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 cup Quinoa Flour
- 6 Eggs
- Powder Sugar
Directions
- Divide butter into sections and place in a 12" Round pan or a 9"x13" pan. Place pan in oven and turn oven on to 400 Degrees F.
- In a blender add Milk, Quinoa Flour, and Eggs. Mix until batter is blended.
- Once the oven has reached 400 Degrees F, remove pan and pour the batter over the melted butter. Replace pan in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, then Sprinkle Powder Sugar over the top as desired.
