The 7th Seed Quinoa is a chemical-free grain that has a mild, nutty flavor.  We use top-quality Canadian-grown quinoa.  Quinoa is gluten-free with a high protein content. Incan warriors valued quinoa for the energy and stamina it would give them. It can be cooked in a variety of dishes or ground into a flour to make breads.
